De Drecht

In March 2008 we were asked to conduct a study into the urban and spatial opportunities of expanding the elderly home, De Drecht. The study examined the potentials and constraints of a new building, in relation to the existing building, adjacent buildings, planning regulations and the proposed program. The objective and the challenge of the study is to produce a scenario where an integrated development of the area would provide the answers to these questions and lead to a greater value.
