Mix & Let Go

The strategy behind this prize-winning plan is mixing and exchanging functions, people and buildings over a longer period of time. We call this the “mix & let go” strategy. One of the existing blocks will be replaced by a new building. It will offer the much sought after so-called VINEX type of residences with their own garden in back and a parking space, but at a height of 20m, clearly separated from the surrounding public no-man’s-land and also offering a spectacular view. Beneath, there is a subtropical leisure pool, a source of shared recreational pleasure and activity for the neighbourhood.
